Por Víctor Sánchez Baños Los datos proporcionados por la Secretaría de Hacienda al Congreso, para la aprobación del Presupuesto de Egresos del 2025, son de terror. El expresidente y fundador de Morena, Andrés López, dejó un problema de caja. Uso los recursos públicos a su antojo y discrecionalidad, sin importar provocar un caos en las finanzas del país, como lo hizo. El boquete financiero es de más de 3 billones de pesos, en su sexenio. No hay manera de cubrir ese frente, con los exiguos recursos que tiene el país y la enorme corrupción que dejaron los gobiernos anteriores. El país está atrapado y sin salida. Los caminos para recuperar el crecimiento son dolorosos. Los abusos, incompetencia y corrupción de un solo hombre, Manuel López, arrastra a toda una nación, con más de 130 millones de mexicanos, a un mundo de incertidumbre. Así son los políticos socialistas. Llegan por vías democráticas, se quieren perpetuar por décadas y dejan devastación a su paso. Ahí están las pruebas en la historia moderna de la humanidad. Ayer, en este mismo espacio les platique de los recortes, las fantasías presupuestales y del boquete financiero que Claudia Sheinbaum hereda del peje. El daño ya está hecho. ¿Qué es lo que nos queda a los mexicanos para salir de esta monserga? Simple y doloroso: una reforma fiscal, que frenen los factores inflacionarios que diluirán los programas sociales a miseria. Y, el verdugo será el líder de la mayoría de Morena en San Lázaro, Ricardo Monreal, quien presentará una reforma fiscal en donde se castigue la riqueza. Claro, la riqueza de los sectores productivos, por la de los políticos crecerá, crecerá y crecerá, sin limitaciones. Pero, vayamos a los trazos que hizo Monreal sobre esa reforma. El fin, según él, es mejorar la distribución de la riqueza en México. Dijo desde el púlpito de San Lázaro, que la iniciativa que se presentará “responde a la filosofía de progresividad fiscal y a la visión compartida por la alianza de los partidos que conforman la mayoría, la cual busca una sociedad más igualitaria”. Por ello, se requiere un “mayor esfuerzo de los que más tienen”. Pese a ello, no será suficiente para obtener recursos que son necesarios para mantener los niveles presupuestales de los sectores sensibles del país, como los de seguridad, educación y salud, que son los sacrificables en estos momentos. Los excesos de los políticos, los paga el pueblo con carencias e inflación. PODEROSOS CABALLEROS PABLO DE BOTTON El nuevo secretario de Administración y Finanzas de la CDMX, Juan Pablo de Botton desarrolla un ambicioso programa de recaudación para la metrópoli. Los pilares serán el impuesto predial, donde se habrán de introducir mecanismos para hace eficiente su cobro, y los impuestos sobre nóminas. Para ello, De Botton echará mano de la digitalización como lo logró en la operación de Nafinsa. En síntesis es el responsable de impulsar las 100 nuevas utopías que la jefa de gobierno, Clara Brugada. Ya trabaja en su financiamiento. NESTLÉ Bajo el liderazgo de Fausto Costa, Nestlé consolida sus patrocinios con Fórmula 1. En México con su chocolate KitKat patrocina desde el casco de Checo Pérez hasta a la promesa Pato O Ward. También trajo al dos veces campeón del mundo el conocido Emerson Fittipaldi. Ahora KitKat anuncia un acuerdo global con Fórmula 1 donde serán los primeros chocolates de la marca F1. GUANAJUATO Bajo el liderazgo de Libia García, Guanajuato tiene la meta de invertir 8 mil millones de dólares durante el actual sexenio. La secretaria de Economía local Cristina Villaseñor augura que la entidad se consolidará como uno de los destinos más atractivos para el capital nacional y extranjero en México. RESPONSABILIDAD SOCIAL Y GOBERNANZA GIGANTE Grupo Gigante de Ángel Lozada, a través de Restaurantes Toks, apuesta por una Navidad más verde mediante su proyecto Bosque Toks, en alianza con Reforestalia. Este programa permite a la cadena de restaurantes adquirir árboles de Navidad vivos, los cuales son puestos en macetas para ser transportados a las sucursales durante la temporada y llenarlas del espíritu decembrino. Luego de las festividades estos árboles son replantados con la ayuda de Reforestalia y de los colaboradores de Grupo Gigante, que año con año participan en un voluntariado empresarial dedicado a regresar a estos árboles a su hábitat natural en el Bosque Toks, un espacio al sur de la CDMX que ha sido reforestado gracias a esta iniciativa. De esta forma, no sólo se evita que los árboles de Navidad sean desechados una vez finalizada la temporada, sino que se contribuye a la restauración del medio ambiente y se impulsa el consumo responsable, de acuerdo a Alejandra Escobal, líder de Fundación Gigante. vsb@poderydinero.mx
